RULES FOR SUBMITTING CONTENT UPDATES:
A new series of 40 + images should be submitted every 10 days.
We understand that some partners may be unable to make every deadline. If you
are unable to submit a new content update after 10 days, please let us know why so that
your partner status can remain intact.
A series of images is defined as a sequential group of images
having the same setting and theme. i.e. shower, bedroom, outdoors, kitchen
etc. Images must be full size, uncropped, clear, and sharp. Adequate
lighting is crucial to creating quality images. We will not accept images that are
too dark, pixilated, or poor quality in general.
All image series must be named sequentially, all lower case, and
contain no more than 8 alpha-numeric characters. EXAMPLE: bath01.jpg,
bath02.jpg, bath03.jpg etc.
VIDEO CLIPS - We will also accept video clips as a content
update in place of an image gallery. Four or more clips in MPEG format can be
substituted. The clips should run for at least 30 seconds each, but should not
exceed 3 MB in size. NOTE: VIDEO CLIPS SHOULD NOT CONTAIN A MUSICAL
SOUNDTRACK. MEMBERS WANT TO HEAR YOU, NOT BLARING MUSIC... AND IT VIOLATES COPYRIGHT
LAWS.
IMPORTANT: Failure to submit a new
content update within 30 days of the last update will result in the revocation of
partnership status.
Please follow the link below to access our online upload
index. After you select your site name from the index, a form will appear that will
allow you to upload your image content to our staging server. (If you are a new
partner and your name is not listed, please use the GENERAL FOLDER.)
To submit content, simply use the [Browse...] button to find the
zipped* file of images on your harddrive, then select the [Upload File(s)] button to
send. THE ONLINE UPLOAD FORM DOES NOT WORK WITH AMERICA
ONLINE. IF YOU HAVE AOL, YOU WILL NEED TO USE AN EXTERNAL BROWSER SUCH AS NETSCAPE
TO UPLOAD YOUR FILES.

VERIFY YOUR SUBMISSION. TO CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR UPDATE, YOU MAY CONTACT
HUNTER AT HUNTER@4JON.COM OR ZEPH AT ZEPH@4JON.COM THE PROCESSING OF YOUR UPDATE WILL
TAKE SEVERAL DAYS. TO EXPEDITE THE PROCESSING OF YOUR UPDATE, BE SURE TO NOTIFY US
IMMEDIATELY AFTER UPLOADING THE CONTENT AND TO FOLLOW THE IMAGE FORMATTING RULES LISTED
ABOVE.
