You must be 21 years of age or older to participate.

You must sign a models release for the content you provide. Additionally anyone else appearing in the photos or videos you provide must also sign a release and be over 21 years of age.

You and any participants must also provide a photo copy of a current valid photo ID as required by federal law. This is with the understanding that none of your personal contact information will be shared with anyone except law enforcement agencies in possession of a valid warrant.

I understand that I am providing my content is done by my own choosing and is done in exchange for hosting, design and ancillary services provided by "TheWetlands.com, Inc and that all content provided by me is done so granting "TheWetlands.com, Inc" permanent and irrevocable license to use my images, video and likeness forever.

I understand that I may choose to stop participating as a Wetpartner, but have NO recourse to demand the removal of my content. As permanent license  for my content has already been granted in exchange for services already rendered.

I understand to remain an ACTIVE Wetpartner, I must provide continuous updates of my content about every 10 days. If 30 days pass without an update, I realize that my status goes to inactive, and I will not receive any percentage of revenues generated by my front end while in inactive status.

I understand that my participation in Wetpartners is voluntary and comes with no  guarantees or promises regarding income. I realize that all revenues, if any generated by my Wetpartner front end, will be as a result of my own marketing and promoting efforts.

I will not hold TheWetlands.com, Inc liable in any way for the failure of my website should that occur. I realize that while I can expect feedback and input on marketing my site, it will done at the discretion of TheWetlands.com, Inc personnel, and as such can only be expected on the level I have demonstrated my own efforts to market my site.

I am aware that I have no permanent rights to the domain name used for my site, and that this is done to remove any liability for legal issues regarding the publishing adult content from me, and ANY LEGAL issues regarding the publishing this content fall on TheWetlands.com, and not me.

I realize the cost to ME to get started in the program is ZERO. And I will never be expected to pay theWetlands.com, Inc for hosting, bandwidth, web design in any fashion other than the content in which I am required to provide.

 I realize that this is a totally honest program that provides me with an extremely positive environment in which to market and promote my own adult website and possibly generate substantial income. I understand also that if I cannot succeed as a Wetpartner, I will not have much chance of success elsewhere in a less favorable environment.

Finally I understand that the Wet Partners program was designed to be totally fair for all parties concerned and I understand that NO ONE in TheWetlands.com, Inc has ANY intention of taking advantage of my lack of computer skills and conversely we would also like to think that you in turn have no intention of taking advantage of our giving nature and sense of fairness. And yes I am serious. That is just how we are.
