Seriously, what do I really NEED to begin as a Wetpartner?

I need to emphasize the word "begin" here. Because to get started in Wetpartners, all that you really need is the ability to have adult images of yourself  or partner put online. This means obviously a computer is needed and either a decent digital camera or an analog camera and scanner. While some people have used a video camera and a capture device i.e. Snappy, etc the results are pretty crappy for still images. However it is excellent to have this for video capture to add to your site....but is not required.
We ask you to please consider the quality of your content. Remember, you are basically asking people to pay to see your content, so it should be the best quality with-in your means. And simply, the better your equipment, the better your product will be.

How much will it cost me to be a Wetpartner.

The ONLY thing it will ever cost you to be a Wetpartner is your CONTENT and 50% of revenues if any generated by your front end. We never ask a penny for hosting or maintaining your site. You pay for this by continuing to send us updated images or video. The images and/or video is your payment for the hosting design maintenance services rendered, so please don't come back later on and say you want your pictures back.

What special skills or knowledge will I need to get started?

Again I stress the words "getting started", as to get rolling as a Wetpartner does not require much skill or knowledge beyond your ability to get your content to us. This is done via a very simple upload form. You also need to know how to communicate by email and take pictures with your camera. We take care of building your site and even compressing your images for optimum web format. But this will only get you up and running. If you actually intend to earn serious revenues you should expect to learn as much as possible about adult website promotion.

Will I get RICH as a Wetpartner?

Honest answer is probably not, BUT you certainly CAN get rich as a Wetpartner, as we have a string of people who are very successful in this program. However, just being a Wetpartner does not guarantee ANY financial reward, THAT is up to YOU and YOUR ability to promote your front end website. We are NOT going to do it for you. This is the reason that many Wetpartners have left the program. They find that to really succeed requires time and work, and it is NOT get rich quick as many people think it is. We do however have several Wetpartners that have left their "real" jobs and now work from home as Wetpartners earning a VERY nice income and enjoying a flexible lifestyle a traditional job could never bring. But these people WORK Wetpartners AS a job and THAT is WHY they are SUCCESSFUL. We have a saying that seems to hold true. If you cannot be successful in the Wetpartner program, you won't be successful anywhere in the adult internet biz. This is because we provide the absolute most FERTILE ground in which to sow your seeds of success.

Am I pretty enough to be successful?

Success or failure in the adult internet is NOT predicated on your looks or lack of. Fact is many of our most successful Wetpartners may not be what some would perhaps consider our prettiest Wetpartners. This is because of something called "niche marketing", meaning basically that for everyone, there is a group somewhere that will gladly PAY to see them nude. Short, Fat, Young, Old, Black, White, Pretty, Homely, Brunette, Blonde, Redhead....etc.....etc.... the TRICK is to eventually market YOUR site to the niche group that YOUR site would appeal to. We often times get very pretty girls that really believe that just because they ARE pretty, people will somehow magically flock to their site. Ain't gonna happen. Unless maybe you have 3 vaginas and 7 breasts, word of mouth will not automatically spread across the world wide web sending millions of adoring fans to signup to see you nude. Fact: A PRETTY GIRL must market and promote her site just as hard as the plain Jane.

What will my web site look like?

We have recently created a new, more enticing, look for our Wetpartner web sites.  For an example of what your site will look like, you may visit www.naughtynichole.com  Though YOUR site will contain YOUR text and images, the general look and scheme will be the same as that site.

What if someone I know sees me?

This is a VERY IMPORTANT ISSUE. The fact is someone WILL see you. Someone that knows you WILL see you, and once your nude images are out there you cannot call them back. Think looooong and hard BEFORE your have nude or sexual images of yourself posted to the internet. Do you have divorce or custody issues? These pics COULD come back to haunt you. What about your "real" job or career?? Yes in many states you CAN be fired for willing getting naked on the net. We have seen it time and time again, careers destroyed, reputations shattered, and relationships damaged. Think ABOUT THIS BEFORE you become a WETPARTNER, because after you are on the net, it is TOO LATE to TURN BACK.

Can I disguise my face and be anonymous.

No, as we will NOT spend the time and effort to build a website for someone not willing to reveal their face. You CAN NOT be successful in this business and remain totally anonymous. I know many who have tried and failed. If you have important reasons for not wanting to be seen naked on the internet, then for Christ's sake DON'T POST your pictures nude! Period. This is ALL or Nothing. You are either OUT THERE or you're NOT. And once you are there AIN'T no going BACK!

If I drop out of Wetpartners do I get my pictures back?

No, No, No..... again I insist that the time to have second thoughts about posting your nude pics to the internet is BEFORE you actually do it. You must understand that the content you willingly give us is PAYMENT for services already rendered, i.e. hosting, bandwidth, web design, etc Please don't expect us to remove the content just because the novelty of getting naked on the net has begun to lose its luster for you. And please, do not come to us with a "My Ex-husband saw these pics and is really upset, yadda, yadda..." while we ARE sympathetic, we will still not remove the pics and or video. As already stated, the time to be concerned about Ex's, jobs, in-laws, parents, etc was before you posted the content..

How do I earn my revenues and get paid??

You basically earn revenues by promoting the front end preview website we make for you featuring your content. You split the revenues with us 50/50 minus a small CCbill payment processing fee which we also split. Checks are sent out weekly DIRECTLY from CCBill our primary payment processor. When you get setup to be a Wetpartner you will setup your own unique account through CCBill. You will be given a partner number UNIQUE to you. We then encode this number into the "Join" links on your preview front end website. When a surfer who is surfing your front end clicks a link encoded with your partner code, it sets a "cookie" in his browser that automatically tells the billing company to pay you half of any signup made by that surfer on ANY of our Wetlands/Wetpartner sites for the next 72 hours when the "cookie" expires. The signups are tracked by the billing company as well as clicks and rebills. You will have access to all of your stats through the Partner Referral interface. Checks are paid weekly by CCBill but payments are held back a week. And yes you DO ALSO get paid on the recurring rebills month to month, and because our members stay members a long time, this is where the majority of your revenues will eventually come.
Additional payout percentages are paid to you on other Wetpartners referred through your site. And there are also percentage increases paid according to reaching bonus tier levels in signup revenues! The amounts and break points for these bonuses you can get from us directly as they change periodically.
And yet another way to earn revenues is by doing LIVE web shows from your home. The Payout for these shows changes, so write us directly for the amount.

How does being a Wetpartner benefit me over, me starting my own amateur paysite??

What is by far the greatest benefit to becoming a Wetpartner over an independent is something that is not immediately seen. Consider, as stated earlier that the bulk of the revenues you generate from month to month will come from the accumulated RECURRING rebills. Meaning, that when someone signs up on your site, they get a month's membership that automatically gets rebilled each month until they cancel their membership. Now also consider, that when someone joins through YOUR front end, they get access not only to your members area, but the entire members area for the whole WETLANDS as well as the members area for well over a hundred other Wetpartners. What this means is that there will be PLENTY of updates of content, live shows, etc, etc to keep your member entertained from MONTH to Month. In fact, the Wetlands has the longest MEMBERS retention of ANY adult website that the two biggest billing companies process for!!! A typical member stays a member for at least 11 months! So....now YOU do the math. Let's say you had your own independent paysite and only your own content, plus maybe some leased feeds and licensed content that your members could likely get for free elsewhere. A member signs up at let's say $17.95 now you get to keep all of that minus hosting, bandwidth, etc, etc....but, because you do not have enough content to keep your members interest, he leaves in 30 days.
Now let's look at the Wetpartner scenario.... a surfer signs up for $17.95, but he gets access to literally millions of dollars in exclusive content and live shows that he can't find anywhere else, and he remains a member for 11 months....but you only get 50%.......duh...which is better...100% of $17.95 or 50% of $17.95 X 11 ??? You don't need to be Mr. Wizard to figure that one out! But as I said, if you never promote your front end an earn revenues, you will never see this the greatest benefit.
There ARE however other benefits you will see immediately see, such as the fact that you will never pay for website hosting, bandwidth, the design of you site or maintenance.

Will I be expected to learn how to modify and maintain my website?

We can manage the maintenance and updates for your site at no charge for as long as you want. However, most of our more successful Wetpartners have learned how to do elementary page edits for themselves. This gives them the ability to more effectively market their websites. It also gives them the ability to make their front end more personable and unique to them.

Are there specific RULES I need to be aware of??

There are actually surprisingly few rules, but the rules that do exist ARE important. I should actually call this section "Greed & Ego". You would be amazed at how often the following scenario occurs.....
We get a Wetpartner, and as a Wetpartner we allow and encourage you to have your email address posted in your members area.....and you WILL get email, because we have many many many thousands of members. A strange thing happens when some new Wetpartners get email....their heads grow...and the ego swells. Many times greed then takes over and the Wetpartners says, "they love me, they really really love me...who needs the Wetlands." and the Wetpartner then quietly builds their own independent adult paysite and will try to stay on as a Wetpartner and ENCOURAGE their Wetlands fans to join their PAYSITE. This is your one WARNING, if we catch you, we will immediately cutoff your Wetpartner site, redirect all the revenues, and you are finished. The Wetpartner's response to this is invariably..."fine, well I'm going to leave and take all the Wetlands members with me!!!" to which our response is... "yaaaaawn, whatever." because we have been in this business long enough to realize that you cannot believe the bullshit that your "fans" tell you in an email. If we had a dollar, for every email that every partner received stating that THEY were it, they WERE the Wetlands and without them the whole site would collapse....well let's just say we would be very rich...er...richer.
So the rule is, we strongly discourage partners from involvement with any other website. And if you are involved WE or our members WILL NOT KNOW about it. If even ONE member makes us aware of your involvement in another site...you will be banished from the 'lands forever.
Rule two is that you MUST update. You are encouraged to update about every 10 days or so. you are REQUIRED to update at least EVERY 30 days.
Rules on advertising your site are few but must followed. Please NO SPAMMING the newsgroups or email. This practice is illegal and can get all of us in trouble. You get one warning.
On banner ads, while we DO ENCOURAGE banner and link exchanges, we forbid "Click through ads". The difference is simple. Banner exchanges are just that, an exchange of traffic which is A-Ok. Click through ads are different, they are where YOU are paid like $0.02 cents each time someone clicks on the banner in your site. We do NOT allow these because, WE are paying your hosting and bandwidth. We don't pay the bandwidth necessary to promote your site, only to have you send the traffic that gets to your site away so you can get $0.02 cents. Does that make sense to you? You get traffic to your site and hopefully push them to YOUR signup page....not someone else's...OK?
